Today was a glorious day in San Francisco! The weather was perfect - 75 degrees and sunny. Everyone was out and about enjoying the day including us. Zach was in much need of haircut, he was sporting a huge rats nest on top of his head so we took him to get a nice short haircut. It looks great! Looking at these pictures, he looks like he has grown so much - he's getting so big so fast and he is asking questions about everything and anything - very inquisitive.
We went to our favorite hangout spot, the famous - Dolores Park. Zach loves it there and so do we. I really cannot believe how many people are at this park on a nice day. Today, I just sat and observed what was going on and I was just amazed at all the things people were doing. It made me smile to see people out enjoying the day enjoying so many activities and not sitting/hiding behind a computer and being miserable or wasting their life away in bed. It really was great to see people living life! One of my favorite quotes (and Paul's) is "Get busy livin' or get busy dyin." AMEN to that! Enough said! :-P
Above: If you click on this picture you can see a woman doing tricks with a hoola hoop. She;s amazing, she's always there doing some amazing things with the hoop! I am going to get a video of her next time.
Above: A kids birthday party was a fun event to observe, this kid is trying to whack the Sponge Bob pinata.

Wow! He's getting so big!
What a stud! Zach's looking sharp with that new hairdo! The girls on the playground must go crazy when they see him show up.
You forgot to take pictures of the activities that happen under the bridge at Dolores Park. Vital part of a day/night there. haha!
He's such a beautiful kid. He is going to be a lady-killer!
HA! Ryan, I should have taken pictures of the surrounding areas of the park - that will be a great follow-up post:-)
I don't know if you know this, but in my home we have a wall that we write on - in permanent marker. One of the things I have added is this same quote, "get busy livin' or get busy dyin'. I really enjoy your blog....
NIC!!!
I didn't know that! How interesting, you know I have always thought we were very much alike, even more so after we reconnected a few years ago. Kinda funny, I wish I lived closer to you so we could hang out:-( Someday....
